8e9db0adde more accurate FPS forESP32
the standard millis() code is very inaccurate in the "high FPS" ranges. This replaces it with the esp32 high resolution timer.

9130e4be54 minor optimization of core LED functions
* use _fast_ integer types in loops - in contrast to "uint16_t" etc, the compiler can leave out range/overflow corrections, so it might run faster.
* fcn_declare.h: revive "WLED_USE_REAL_MATH" option, which can be a bit faster on ESP32.

- use name in dropdowns and in loadmap

187ecf511f 2d Mapping with Matrix Gaps (#2892)
* New 2d mapping
* panel matrix generator
* add todos, fix vert/horz swap
* Fix 2d mapping to matrix in settings 2D
* add correct index mapping to pixels per panel

* add per panel width and height
* fix using length instead of custom mapping size

* panel[] implemented as a vector.
Removed matrixWidth & matrixHeight.
Panel structure update.

017f0267a2 Increase 0.13 backwards compatibility
global LED buffer default true (0.13 backward compatibility)

Restore effects back to 0.13 (
- mode_wavesins
- mode_2DLissajous (uses segment setUpLeds)
- mode_2Dsquaredswirl (custom3<<3)
- mode_2DAkemi (uses segment setUpLeds)

setSegment implements setUpLeds if globalleds
