Frank a833cb5706 JMap robustness and use-after-free fixes 
* increased ArrayAndSize.size from 8bit to 16bit
* prevent out-of-bounds access in JMapC::getPixelColor
* do not delete[] SEGMENT.name from outside of segment class !!
