Ewoud a0576ba591 restore MM functionality to not reset segments if 2D settings change!!! 
customeffects.js:
- rename downloadCEFile to downloadGHFile
- downloadGHFile: add GH ledmaps folder

FX_fcn.cpp and set.cpp:
- change makeAutoSegments with resetSegments(true)
