Ewowi 1912bfe917 Refactor class JMapC ...

- Add XandY struct
- Add ArrayAndSize struct
- to be used in jVectorMap (instead of jMapDoc) :Smaller footprint!!
- introduce docChunk to parse with ArduinoJson in chuncks (smaller size!)
