c9b416a4fe prevent flickering during OTA 
I've almost toasted my wiring due to uncontrolled LED flickering during OTA.
So here is the fix - it prevents any strip updates when OTA is ongoing.

4f30f69584 found a way to increase TCP stacksize (for AudioReactive UI) 
we can use `-D CONFIG_ASYNC_TCP_TASK_STACK_SIZE=xxxx` to increase the stack size of AsyncWebserver - default is 8196.
This should give us a bit of headroom for new UI items.

We still need PR #94 for more savings.

0f45b4f04a webserver: removing JSON_BUFFER_SIZE for esp32 
the default buffer is 16Kb, which should be sufficient.
With PSRAM enabled, we habe JSON_BUFFER_SIZE up to 60Kb.

* Info page: status of Serial (can be disconnected on new MCUs), and owner of RX/TX pins
* improved handling of Serial (don't write if not connected)

b271168f81 Full support for Athom WLED Music Controller

Not supported yet
- mac addres in AP name (need to experiment with WLED_AP_SSID_UNIQUE)

- Don't use Serial directly -S2 as S2 serial driver is buggy.
- added USER_FLUSH macro

- replace fluh with FLUSH

- don't show "(default)" is the PIN is actually assigned to HW drivers
