cc9a19bc1d partial merge of upstream/main 
* leaving out DotStarHspi5MhzMethod, as we are still on NPB 2.6.9 for eth boards
* leaving out the index.css/index.css changes, as I'm not sure how to merge this.

@ewoudwijma we need to merge the JS and CSS parts when you are back; I'll stay with our MM version for now.

pio.ini: add debug entries
cfg.cpp, set.cpp, xml/cpp: keep storing basic 2D setup

index.js: use ledmapFileNames

settings_2D.htm: keep using basic and advanced

FX_2Dfcn.cpp: use gaptable and also MM ledmaps

FX_fcn.cpp: extend enumerateledmaps with AC ledmapNames (but not used in UI)

be2acbd3eb Bump cacheable-request and nodemon (#3089) 
Removes [cacheable-request](https://github.com/jaredwray/cacheable-request). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [nodemon](https://github.com/remy/nodemon). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `nodemon` from 2.0.4 to 2.0.20

017f0267a2 Increase 0.13 backwards compatibility 
global LED buffer default true (0.13 backward compatibility)

Restore effects back to 0.13 (
- mode_wavesins
- mode_2DLissajous (uses segment setUpLeds)
- mode_2Dsquaredswirl (custom3<<3)
- mode_2DAkemi (uses segment setUpLeds)

setSegment implements setUpLeds if globalleds

0474be3069 Platformio: Refactor PSRAM, S3 and 8266 entries 
package.json: -mmod -> _MM

platformio.ini: refactored:
   esp32mdev_PSRAM -> min_esp32_4MB_PSRAM
  esp32s3-mdev -> min_esp32S3_8MB (compile error!)
  esp8266mdev -> min_esp8266_4MB (link error!)

(using extends)

json.cpp: getMinFreeHeap not for esp8266
