adding esp32-S3 build with qspi support, and minor cleanup

* added esp32S3_8MB_PSRAM_M_qspi
* minor cleanup of default buildenv list
* rename esp32S3_8MB_PSRAM_M => esp32S3_8MB_PSRAM_M_opi, added esp32S3_8MB_PSRAM_M as alias
