Small changes on pin dropdowns / usermod help

platformio.ini: add wemos_shield_esp32_4MB_all_base

usermods:
- rename disableROPins to disableRO
- bme280: add appendConfigData, info and disableRO
- PWM Fan: add appendConfigData
